This Privacy Policy relates to information collected by any websites, applications and/or other online services that Build Hello may make available from time to time (collectively, “Build Hello” or “we” or “us” or “our” or the “Site”) and is part of the Build Hello Terms of Use and Conditions located here. We reserve the right to change, modify or amend this policy at any time by posting changes on this site. Your continued use of the resources on this site, after changes are posted, constitutes your acceptance of this policy as modified by the posted changes. 1. What information does Build Hello collect?

When you visit or use the Site, we collect information relating to you and your use of our services from a variety of sources. These are listed below.

Personally identifiable information is information that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you. Such information may include your name, address, email address, telephone number, and billing and credit card information.

2. How Does Build Hello Collect Your Information?

Personally identifiable information is collected when you purchase our services, either by phone or online, when you sign up online as a client, and/or when you sign up for our free newsletter. Personal information may also be collected if you fill out a survey administered by us, whether through our Site or a third party Site linked to our Site. We may collect your personally identifiable information or data if you submit it to us in other contexts. For example, if you provide us with a testimonial or send us an email.

Non-personally identifiable information is collected through the use of Cookie Technology. A "cookie" is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the users themselves. Build Hello does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 13 or allow them to register. 3. What We Does Build Hello Do With Your Data?

All digital data collected through the Site, except those data that are collected by third-party collectors, like Google Analytics Software, are stored on Microsoft Azure Databases and computer networks. All such data are considered "Customer Data" under the Microsoft Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. All such data are governed by the legal relationship between Build Hello and Microsoft Azure spelled out in the Microsoft Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which can be found here and here, respectively. If you submit your personally identifiable data on the Site, you are responsible for reading these agreements. Microsoft will change these agreements from time to time, you are encouraged to periodically review those changes. Your continued use of the resources on this Site, constitutes your acceptance of Microsoft's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as far as "Customer Data" is concerned, and the same updated Terms of Use and Privacy Policy whenever they are updated. If Microsoft Azure breaches their Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, you agree Build Hello cannot be held responsible for any consequences or liable for any damages that may arise from such a breach.

Build Hello agrees to take all reasonable and professional precautions to protect non-public authentication credentials that can enable access to data stored by Build Hello on Microsoft Azure databases and transferred through Microsoft Azure computer networks. By submitting personally identifiable data through the Site, you agree if such non-public authentication credentials are pilfered, stolen or hacked from Build Hello computers, or intercepted in transit between Build Hello computers and Microsoft Azure networks, and used to gain unauthorized access to personally identifiable data collected by the Site in such a manner that is or is not governed by Microsoft Azure's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, Build Hello will not be held liable for consequences or damages arising from such non-authorized use.

We may employ independent contractors, vendors and suppliers (collectively, "Outside Contractors") to provide specific services and products related to the Site, for example hosting and maintaining the Site. We may also employ independent contractors during the provision of services we offer and advertise through the Site. In the course of providing products or services to us, these Outside Contractors may sometimes have limited access to information collected on the Site, including your personally identifiable information. Generally, we use the information we collect from you in connection with providing our services to you. In order to purchase our services you must provide an administrative level of personally identifiable information. At the time that information is collected, either by by telephone or Internet, you have the right to opt out of any marketing use of that information by Build Hello.

Except as set forth in this Privacy Policy or as specifically authorized by you, we will not share or sell any information we gather from you through the Site.

If we believe in good faith we are required to do so in order to comply with an applicable statute, regulation, rule or law, a subpoena, a search warrant, a court or regulatory order, or other valid legal process, we may disclose personally identifiable information.

We also may share personally identifiable information if we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Terms and Conditions of Use, to detect fraud, for assistance with delinquent accounts, or to protect the safety and/or security of our users, the Site, or the general public.
