Welcome to Build Hello Recruitment
We’re currently in a start-up stage.
That means we’re ‘picking teams,’ so to speak.
Our Process
The process we follow as a start-up, and the process you may want to follow, as a potential Build Hello partner or employee, is similar to the processes professional sports teams follow.
We need to get to know you, you need to get to us.
The best way to do that is with a meeting, in-person or on Zoom, or a Skype call.
Send me an e-mail, give me a call, or join the Slack channel (channel name: #buildhello, channel ID: C05Q9N7BKPA).
The key is that we need to have what you need, to better suit your situation, and vice-versa.
Our Goal
We want to establish trust, communicate culture and goals, and ultimately find out if we are the right fit for each other.
The best way to achieve that is to be as honest as possible with each other.
When teams come together with purpose, discipline, hard work, excitement, and talent, anything is possible!
Caveats
When comparing web-development with professional sports, keep in mind there are some caveats!
For starters, web development, at the small web-shop level, doesn’t bring in the money like professional sports! 😅
So there is a balance in terms of who we are looking for.
If you’re really good, experienced, you know everything, and you’re in your twenties, you want to be working at Facebook, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, or Apple.
We understand that. Keep putting in those applications! Don’t forget to attend the hackathons!
Now, if you’re still learning, and you haven’t been picked up by the big organizations, we can help you improve so that you can put the time in to keep getting better!
Then, one day you will be making total comp 150k +.👍
We’ll be sad to see you go! But web-development agencies are not the holy grail of Silicon Valley venture capitalists!
We know what we’re in for! We like creating cool websites that bring people more business! 🙂
In it for the Adventure
Then again, if you’re just keen for an adventure, disciplined, thinking positively, excited about learning more, and you find tech work fun, drop us a line.
We’d like to know more about your journey.
Cheers,
